An important measurement of a company’s success is its reputation on the labour market. INA was chosen as one of the most desirable employers (9th place) of Croatia for 2019 according to the "First Choice Employer" survey conducted by the MojPosao web portal.
This is a clear recognition of the values of establishing a performance-oriented culture and bringing transparency and objectivity to INA’s recruitment processes. This involved the employment of hundreds of young people via MOL Group’s award-winning Growww program that targets talented graduates. For example, in 2015 more than 900 candidates applied to Growww program, 46 of them signed an employer contract and started their one-year internship. Between 2009 and 2017 more than 600 graduates hired in the program.
INA was also awarded by number of Golden Index awards from the eStudent student associations (given for the seventeenth time in 2019 with the goal of promoting those companies that support student community). INA was also successfully recertified as an Employer Partnerin 2018, attesting that the company applies the best-in-class human resources practices. With this award, INA joined the rank of top multinational companies present in Croatia such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola HBC Croatia or Deutsche Telekom’s local subsidiary. Furthermore, INA was certified a “Mamforce company” in 2015. This certification confirms commitment to a “family friendly” human resources management. In 2017, the company was recertified and acquired the full Mamforce standard, following an extensive audit process, while the next recertification is planned in 2019. Recently the company also got an award as the best employer for people with disabilities.
INA remains focused on attracting the best human capital, recognizing the role of its employees in the company’s long-term success. To this end, a thorough talent management system has also been developed in recent years. In 2018 nearly 4,000 young, highly educated and motivated young people have applied for a job at INA.
